Biography
Paul & Lisa Gothard met on a blind date in August 1996, and quickly realized that God had brought them together. They married on Feb 22, 1997 and have committed their life together for serving the Lord.
Paul Gothard has been an ordained minister of the Gospel since 1998. He has been a Pastor, Youth & Music Minister and a North American Missionary. He has been greatly involved in church all of his life. He accepted Christ as his Savior at the age of 9 at Lakeland Baptist Church, Humble, TX under the Pastorate of Bro. Owen Dry.
Paul sang lead with a Male Quartet out of the Houston area for several years before surrendering to the ministry. He holds a Bachelor of Theology degree from Andersonville Baptist Seminary. His heart's desire to be
an instrument of God used to encourage Pastor's as well as all Christians in their service for the Lord. He also has an evangelistic heart and desires to see souls come to know Jesus Christ as personal
Savior.
Lisa Gothard is an Author, Women's Speaker and Gospel Singer. She has served at 2 churches as Youth Director before marrying Paul in 1997. She accepted Christ as Savior at the age of 5 at North Houston Baptist Church, Houston, TX. She attended Pensacola Christian College where
she received training in Secretarial Accounting. She holds a Bachelor of Theology degree from Andersonville Baptist Seminary, and is currently working on an accredited degree from Toccoa Falls College online in Non Profit Business Administration. She plans to obtain her certification to teach in Texas public school system. Her heart's desire is to encourage others in their walk with the Lord. She has a
great desire to see people come to know Christ as Personal Savior.
Paul & Lisa have 3 children. Michael is 26 years old and out on his own. He accepted Christ as Savior at the age of 7. Michael surrendered to preach while a student at Pensacola Christian College and is a licensed minister since 2003. Michael has a heart for young people who are hurting and desires to be an encouragement to them. He was 11 years old when his mother passed away, so he knows what young
people struggle with through loss of loved ones. He is a great young preacher who will inspire you to live close to the Lord.
Hannah Gothard is 11 years old and is very involved in our ministry. She has a great suprano voice which will bless your heart. She is also taking piano lessons and playing a few songs at our concerts. She helps out with our display table and is learning many things to incorporate into our ministry. She accepted Christ as her Savior at the age of 5.
Jonathan Gothard is 9 years old and is singing and helps with the equipment in the ministry. He accepted Christ as his Savior at the age of 5. He is a blessing to all who meet him.
